About me
My name is Susy Caracas, I am a single mother of two young adults. I have always had a passion for helping children grow, develop, and learn to express themselves as they continue to discover their personalities.
I am a responsible and nurturing, Postpartum Doula (DONA), Advanced Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCSA) and recently 2021 Certified Newborn and Infant Care Professional (USNA) with over 15 years of experience caring for newborns.
I am so passionate about the work I do and the career that I have grown and am excited to share my expertise with you all.
I have trained with some of the top certifying organizations in the field: DONA International, Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE), Newborn Care Specialist Association, Babywearing LA Nonprofit Organization, La Leche League Nonprofit Organization, US Nanny Association, Cuidando Angeles NCS Training, and International CACHE NCS.
I believe in consistently improving myself intellectually and professionally to enhance the quality of support I provide to families throughout their journeys of parenthood.
